Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
Check-out time: until 1:00 PM
Early Check-in: 50% of the rate
Late Check-out: After 1:00 PM and before 4:00 PM, a 50% rate charge will apply.
After 4:00 PM, a 100% rate charge will apply. Late check-out must be reported to reception and is subject to availability.
Important:
• Modifications and Cancellations: Date changes can be requested up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations are governed by the following policy:
• 15+ days in advance: Full refund.
• 7-14 days in advance: 50% charge.
• 6 days or less in advance/No-show: Full charge.
• Postponement of Stay: Reservations can be postponed once, subject to availability and rate adjustments.
Guest Responsibilities
• Use: Guests must use the facilities appropriately.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel furniture or equipment.
• Lost and Found: Lost and found items will be stored for a maximum of 30 days, and guests will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Hotel Policies
• Smoking: Rosa Bela Hotel & Convention Center is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking in non-designated areas incurs a $100 charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
Security and Regulations
• Safety Deposit Boxes: Safety deposit boxes are provided by the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of items not stored in these boxes.
• Parking: Use of the parking lot is the responsibility of the guest; the hotel is not responsible for damage or theft.
• Weapons: The entry and carrying of firearms is prohibited. Anyone who violates this rule will be expelled without refund and may face legal action.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Refund Policies
At Rosa Bela Hotel & Convention Center, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer clear and flexible policies so you can book with confidence. We recommend that you carefully read the following terms applicable to your reservation.
1. Flexible Rate (Refundable)
Free Cancellation: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 15 days before your scheduled check-in date, free of charge. The full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the amount paid will be charged. 6 days or less prior to arrival/no-show: Full charge.
No-Show: If you do not arrive on your check-in date without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
2. Promotional Rate (Non-Refundable)
This rate offers a special discount in exchange for a more restrictive cancellation policy.
The total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances (cancellation, modification, or no-show).
3. Reservation Modifications
Any changes to the dates of your stay are subject to availability and the applicable rate difference for the new selected period.
Modifications requested within 7 days of arrival will be treated as a late cancellation (subject to applicable charges) and will require a new reservation.
4. Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. We recommend coordinating with our team in advance.
5. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)
In cases of extraordinary and uncontrollable events (such as official severe weather alerts, airport closures, etc.) that prevent you from traveling, we will be happy to reschedule your stay for new dates subject to availability or issue a voucher for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months. This policy is applied at the discretion of management and may require official documentation.
